First Impressions of Lyon and French Daygame

I just came back from my second daygame session in Lyon. In total I did 4 approaches in a bit less than two hours. The first set I opened in English, but then switched to French. Although I’m still learning the daygame fundamentals, there are a number of observations that I’ve seen repeating over the nearly 800 sets I’ve done. This text is an early flesh-out of some of my ideas. It’s by no means a conclusive theory. Over the years, I hope to distill my accumulated insights into a practical framework. ...
