I came back from Prague full of excitement for daygame. But I also came back with 1 kg of extra fat on my back. I’m by no means overweight. The weight bothers me because I’m otherwise really lean in summer which makes me feel great and attractive. I also get more compliments.
So in addition to hitting the streets hard, I settled into a cut. I always promise myself I won’t cut as drastic as I usually do1, but I never keep it. Although I became pretty good at managing portions so that I still perform well at work, after work I faced a problem: my libido and joy for daygame completely shuts down.
I’m walking the streets in the center of old Amsterdam scouring for a target and I’m not able to find a girl that inspires me. I just can’t find a girl I like. And if I do, I have to overcome not only AA, but also a lethargy stemming from a lack of energy.
I don’t mind, though. Two weeks of shit daygame is worth being < 15% BF. The pronounced jaw line and boost to my vibe from having a ripped physique offsets two weeks of reduced practice.
