Amsterdam is starting to grow on me. This week I went out twice, and did 7 sets in total: 3 yesterday and 4 today. I obtained 5 numbers of which 3 replied. Not bad for 2x 90 minutes after work.
The old town is very touristy. My sets were 2x Costa Rican, one Colombian, and one Greek girl whom I idated. My vibe is also steadily improving since moving. I like my job, and I’m positive about the direction my life is going.
Perhaps it’s good that I’m no longer able to scour the streets for hours or even days… I’m less likely to burn out: my career keeps my daygame hours in check. Nevertheless, it’s still by far my favorite activity. I should be out making some friends, but why be social when I can go out and do daygame?
One thing I’m struggling with is escalating harder. In today’s set with a Brazilian lawyer who had a boyfriend, I felt I could have overcome her objection to the number. She gave ma a green light on the open, smiled throughout the whole set, and was standing so close our feet were nearly touching.
With my job, I don’t have much time to go out during the week. I need to make my street game as solid as I can to not waste time on dates to nowhere.
